CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer refunds for change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items that appear worn or altered are not eligible for return.
  • We provide detailed size charts and offer size consultations via Instagram DM to help you select the correct size prior to purchasing.

EXCHANGES

The same conditions outlined above apply to exchanges. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For our United States Customers

Please note that all exchange costs including shipping costs will be covered by the customers. Please do ensure you follow our size guide and if you require more clarification or want us to assist you in sizing please do let us know via our contact channels.

For our Australian / New Zealand Customers

As a courtesy, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item, as we are committed to ensuring every piece you order is the perfect fit.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a return or exchange, please email info@theformationwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Name associated with the order
  • Email address
  • Your request and reason for return or exchange

FORMATION WEAR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. All return parcels must be sent with tracking, and tracking details must be provided to us via email.


RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Delays may also occur if return shipping does not include tracking or proper authorisation.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.


CANCELLING / CANCELLED ORDERS

If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@theformationwear.com with the following details:

  • Name associated with the order
  • Email address
  • Your cancellation request

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are found to be in breach of our terms and conditions. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity will be refunded accordingly. Please ensure you review our terms and conditions carefully.
